The Shamanic massage has origins among the ancient tribal populations of South America. Typical of this massage are rhythmic and vibrational movements, oscillations and rocking, which simulate the touches of nature and rocking in hammocks.
This massage by its nature therefore works a lot on the nervous system and connective tissue:
- due to its action on the nervous system, and given that it recalls movements typical of a rhythmic dance, it is a massage that can be energizing and certainly takes the person who is able to let go on a plane far from everyday life;
- due to its action on all the connective tissue, it is also strongly draining and allows you to activate that dense three-dimensional network that covers all the other tissues of our body (muscles, organs, neurological and blood networks) with the very important role of putting them in close contact communication.
The relaxing action occurs above all on the fascial tissue, while on a structural level it acts above all as a stabilizer.
There are no kneadings typical of a Classic massage, no oil is used and you receive stimuli with touches and movements on the entire body which stimulate tissues other than muscular ones. It therefore represents a unique and very special opportunity to try an absolutely new massage experience and activate areas of the body that are usually forgotten.
